Mississauga and a Flooded Basement

The Before Photo shows the work in progress as SERVPRO technicians attempted to salvage building elements from this flooded Mississauga basement. Eventually, it was decided to remove the insulation, wall board, and flooring to dry out and preserve the fter Photo shows the studs, sill plates and the unfinished concrete floor, now dry and ready for an application of an antimicrobial product to kill pathogens and help prevent mold growth. We attempt to restore and not replace building materials and contents whenever possible, here it was not.
